Vegetarians! It can be difficult to find beautiful vegetarian restaurants in Mauritius that offer a stylish setting, innovative dishes, and a comfortable vibe. Most of the time, you wind up eating only some basic Indian veg food at these restaurants. It is possible that visiting restaurants that serve non-vegetarian cuisine will make you feel uneasy. You begin to wonder if they use separate utensils, and the scent and appearance of non-vegetarian meals may cause you to reconsider your decision.

12 Best Vegetarian Restaurants in Mauritius

Well, here’s where we come in. Here are 12 soul-satisfying vegetarian eateries in Mauritius that serve a wide range of delectable cuisines. They feature an opulent atmosphere and superb cuisine.

Going to a restaurant with an all-vegetarian menu might be a relief, not just because you have more alternatives, but also because you don't have to put up with 'Think it as veg food and eat it' jokes from non-vegetarian friends! If you're looking for places in Mauritius that serve vegetarian meals in a variety of cuisines, here's a list of the top places to try! So put these places on your bucket list.

1. Pure Veg Express

Thalis, pizzas, and hamburgers are all on the menu at The Pure Veg Express. There are salads and sweets on the menu, and more than half of it is vegan. The burger combo was mine! Was incredibly pleasant! Delicious and beautifully presented. If you phone one day in advance, they can also make arrangements for vegan birthday cakes. Although it's not a very large space, the upstairs seating area is extremely nicely furnished and cozy.

Unfortunately all these delicious looking dishes are made from refined products. To be healthy you should also proposed unrefined plant based foods like brown, unrefined flour for chappaty, dholl pury, noodles, pasta, pizza, brown rice, specially in bryani, less oil in the dishes, hymalyan salt, and if possible organic products. You could offer all this as an option.
I will in the future pay you and visit and try your cuisine on a health basis.
