Ingredients

Chicken thighs, 1 kilogram chopped lengthwise, skinless, and without any bones.

 

For the marinade:

  • Natural yogurt, 150 g
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • Cumin seed, 2 tsp
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • Dried chili flakes, 0.5 teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic (or 3 cloves of fresh garlic)
  • 1 Lemon Juice and Zest
  • Freshly ground pepper and salt

 

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, thoroughly combine the ingredients for the marinade.

  2. Add the chicken thighs and let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. (Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.)

  3. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until golden on the outside and well done.
